This training focuses on the digital transformation of KM, highlighting relevant technologies which will shape the future of the knowledge economy. A first block of the training is on how to make better use of standard tools like in Office 365, specifically addressing data and information management, digital knowledge processes, virtual communication and collaboration.
Additionally participants will learn how to use more specialized tools for learning management, debriefing and onboarding. Finally participants learn how to develop taxonomies, ontologies and knowledge graphs to structure knowledge and use them for search, meaningful AI-solutions, and digitals twins. The KM Advanced Training includes also a joint analysis of IT-Trends and how they will influence KM and the knowledge economy.
